Weave orchestrates your meetings

Weave is a programmable facilitation runtime. You design the structure of a meeting once, and Weave runs the room — moving through phases, opening and closing breakouts, keeping time, taking turns, and capturing what was said. The facilitator gets to be present instead of juggling the mechanics.

Most meeting tools give you a single room and a mute button. Weave gives you a score the meeting plays from: a plain-text pattern that says what happens, in what order, for how long, and who speaks. Write it by hand or start from a template, then run it live with everyone in the room.

How Weave runs the room

A pattern is a sequence of phases. When a phase starts, Weave does whatever that phase calls for and watches the clock so you don't have to.

• Phases & timers. Each phase has a purpose and a duration. Weave shows the countdown to everyone and moves the room to the next phase when time is up — or the host can advance early.
• Breakouts. A phase can split the room into small groups automatically, then pull everyone back to the main room when it ends. No fussing with breakout room definitions, unless you want to.
• Turn-taking. A round-robin phase walks the room one speaker at a time, so quieter voices get the floor instead of the loudest person taking it.
• Host broadcast. The host can speak to every breakout room at once — for a time check or a new instruction — without hopping between rooms.
• Prompts. Each phase can carry a prompt that's shown (and optionally read aloud) when the phase begins, so the room always knows the question on the table.
• Screen sharing. Anyone can share their screen during a meeting; the host can stop a share if they need to.

What you get back

While the meeting runs, Weave is listening so you don't have to take notes — and it treats what people said with care.

• Live transcription. The conversation is transcribed as it happens, across the main room and every breakout.
• Off-the-record breakouts. Choosing anonymous takes your breakout-room conversations off the record — a breakout with anyone anonymous records nothing, no audio, video, or transcript. The main room is always on the record when the meeting is being recorded.
• A real synthesis. After the meeting, Weave produces a structured read-out: the themes, the points of agreement, the friction, and the minority views. It surfaces the outlier a single person raised instead of averaging it away.
• Transcripts where you work. Send each meeting's transcript to a Notion database or a Google Doc automatically.
